According to Liz German, the Executive Director of YWCA McLean County, the following programs would be severely impacted by a loss of federal funding.  YWCA would have to either make significant changes or stop the services altogether.  Other funds are already being used to supplement federal grant funding as they are not sufficient to even meet current needs.

Stepping Stones (sexual assault crisis program)-5 grants totaling $413,000 (pass through from Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault)

RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) $68,133 grant from Americorps

Young Wonders (childcare 6 weeks-12 years old) $800,000-1 million (Funds from the Child Care Assistance Program and the Child and Adult Care Food Program are pass through funds from the federal child care block grant and USDA nutrition programs.)
